Production scale and capacity

The company currently has a factory area of over 18000 square meters, fixed assets of 20 million yuan, hundreds of professional and technical personnel, 4 casting workshops (lost foam, large parts, machine press molds, copper and aluminum casting), and 4 processing workshops (CNC, hydraulic, follow-up, painting). The sanding products and processed parts can be separated. Externally, from 2009 to 2010, the annual output of casting exceeded 8000 tons, the processing output exceeded 6500 tons, and the tax revenue was 10000 yuan. The foundry workshop can provide customers with casting products such as HT150-HT300, QT450-QT600, cast steel, cast copper, and aluminum. The current thousand ton lost foam production line is planned to be put into use, which can provide customers with higher quality large and small casting capabilities.
